Learn the fundamentals of User Experience (UX) design through a combination of theory, best practice, and hands-on workshops with PACE.

- Core UX principles, processes, and stages and the differences between user experience and usability, including best practices.
- Content strategies and design theories, including nudge theory, Gestalt principles and deceptive patterns.
- Competitor analysis methods for evaluating digital experiences.
- Practical user research techniques, such as interviews, questionnaires and observations.
- Creating user personas and storyboards to understand user needs.
- Sketching, digital wireframing and prototyping to bring concepts to life.
- Usability testing and interactive design for refining user experience.
